For ease of access to the site and general good vibes we would strongly advise that people stay at Camping Brioni. The cheapest of accommodation options, it is also the best for being at the centre of the festival.

The campsite is beautiful and directly connected to the beach where the daytime beach parties take place. There are plenty of shaded areas for comfortable camping, showers, toilets and electric points as well as convenience stores, bars, a restaurant, a pizzeria and all sorts of other stalls so all your needs are catered for without leaving the site.

You will need to supply the full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and passport number for all persons at time of booking.

Passport numbers can be changed free of charge up until the event (so if you’re awaiting a new one just put your old number or TBC for now), however any amendments to supplied names, date of births etc will incur a £10 admin fee.

As a new addition for 2013 we have partnered with festival accommodation specialists Podpads to provide some more comfortable camping options, which are still close to all the festival action.

After the success of the initial Belletents, which sold out in rapid time, we have increased the stock available, and added a few new options too.

We’ll be creating a brightly coloured “Podpad Village” in a quiet area of the campsite, with nearby access to showers and toilets, but still just a short walk from the Beach.

As a reminder the prices quoted below are per unit and cover your whole stay at Outlook, but everyone staying in a tent/pad must also purchase a normal camping pass for the nights you intend to be onsite.

2, 4 and 6-man Bellepad

Brightly coloured stripey versions of the traditional strong canvas bell tents.

All 3 sizes come with heavy-duty waterproof groundsheet, carpet and 2,4 or 6 campbeds as appropriate, providing comfort and underbed storage space. A windbreak comes as standard. Zip-up front doors and heart-shape windows with curtains keep you in touch with the Podpads love.

2-man Podpad

The ‘podpad’ offers you a very real and stylish alternative to camping in a tent.

Each ‘podpad’ accommodates 2 adults and comes with either twin or double beds. The beds are handmade in quality softwood with a slatted base and 3″ foam mattress.

These units have hanging shelves & storage, and underbed storage to keep those festival clothes neat and tidy.

2-man Luxpad  // 4-man Bunkpad

A scaled up ‘podpad’, offering 50% more floor space @ 10′x8′ and having a higher roof, the ‘luxpads’ and ‘bunkpads’ are at the top end of the Festival Luxury Accommodation market.

The ‘luxpad’ accommodates 2 adults (either twin or double beds) whilst the ‘bunkpad’ accommodate 4 adults, in 2 bunk beds.

With a lockable front door, these units have hanging shelves & storage, underbed storage and a hanging wardrobe shelf unit to keep those festival clothes neat and tidy. They also have 3 opening windows, with curtains for privacy and there is a mirror, coat hooks and a waste bin.

4-man Octopad

The jewel in the crown of ‘podpads’ range.

Combining the quirky look of the ‘podpad’ and the space and airiness of the ‘bellepad’ – these units offer spacious, comfortable and secure accommodation.

The ‘octopad’ measures a majestic 16′ across its floor and has 7 solid decorated walls @ 3′ high so, allowing you to use the full floor area for living space. The eighth and front wall is a ‘podpad’ style front with lockable front door and windows to suit.

The ‘octopad’ comes with hanging shelves and storage and 2 small tables. each ‘octopad’ will have underbed stoarage, a waste bin, mirror and coat hooks.

The roof is @ a height of some 10′ in the centre, and supported on tipi style poles (as opposed to a central bell tent pole) so maximizing the room space and giving an awesome feeling of ‘space’ especially with the higher sidewalls allowing you to use the full area.

2-man Unidome

The modern day alternative to a traditional yurt and offering a unique living experience the ‘unidomepad’ has arrived. Lovingly handcrafted locally and produced using timber and a light/bright modern day alternative to canvas, the ‘unidomepad’ will provide you with that “special space”.

With its star-gazing clear acrylic topcap above and a groundsheet & carpet below, the ‘unidomepad’ will come with 2 quality single airbeds, interior furnishings and integrated solar lighting to suit. Perfect for two sharing.

In order to make the campsite as safe as possible for customers there is a ‘no moving vehicles’ policy imposed (not including emergency vehicles) on the camp-site this year and therefore you will not be allowed to drive your car or vehicle onsite.

A very limited number of Camper Van passes are available to book, there is a dedicated area for camper vans in order to minimize disruption, however we must ask that you adhere to the ‘no moving vehicles’ rule throughout the four days of the festival.

Price: £50 per vehicle

In addition to the pass everyone staying in the Camper Van will need to purchase a normal camping ticket for the total number of nights of their stay.

Hostel rooms are perfect for those of you who are not massive fans of camping but still want to be in the thick of it as they are located within the campsite.

Our on-site hostel beds are now fully sold out.

Single container dimensions are 35 x 25 x 5 cm, suitable for valuables such as cameras and other small items.

These areas will be staffed 24 hours a day.

There is additional accommodation in rooms, apartments or villas nearby; we provide a great range of affordable accommodation for those after something other than the campsite.

The closest areas to the festival site are Stinjan (5 – 20 minute walk), Valbandon (5 minute drive), & Fazana (10 minute drive). With Pula, Peroj and Vodnjan also all within a 20 minute drive away.

There are three tiers of accommodation;

The majority of properties will fall under the Silver tier. Within each tier facilities will still vary so please read the description of each property carefully before purchasing.

The properties are priced as per their grading and vicinity to the festival site;

If you are unsure who will be staying with you please put “tbc” or “unknown” in place of the name, passport number etc.

All details can be changed free of charge up until a few weeks before your stay, just log back in to your booking and update, but please make sure they are correct before arriving to site as this will speed up the check-in process massively for you.

All prices are per person per night, and all properties are sold on a full-capacity basis. This means if you book a 5-person apartment you will need to pay for all 5 beds, even if only 3 of you are staying there.

We will be adding new properties on a regular basis so if nothing takes your fancy on first glance check back in a bit to see what’s new.
