Off-Site Accommodation
There is additional accommodation in rooms, apartments or villas nearby; we provide a great range of affordable accommodation for those after something other than the campsite.
The closest areas to the festival site are Stinjan (5 – 20 minute walk), Valbandon (5 minute drive), & Fazana (10 minute drive). With Pula, Peroj and Vodnjan also all within a 20 minute drive away.
Dates: Any
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Price: £17 – £35 per night, per person
Check-in: 10am – 10pm on arrival date (not all airport transfers arrive within this time, book carefully)
Check-out: by 12 noon (midday) on departure date
There are three tiers of accommodation;
| Bronze | A room (usually with 2 or 3 beds) with shared bathroom facilities. No living area or kitchen. Similar to a hostel. |
| Silver | A private apartment consisting of beds and/or sofa beds, with a separate living area, bathroom and cooking facilities. |
| Gold | A private apartment or villa that’s a bit above the average property, these apartments may have a swimming pool, extra large plush rooms or be sited in a stand-out location e.g. by the beach. |
The majority of properties will fall under the Silver tier. Within each tier facilities will still vary so please read the description of each property carefully before purchasing.
The properties are priced as per their grading and vicinity to the festival site;

You will need to supply the full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and passport number for all persons at time of booking – we suggest one person (the organised one!) collects this info before booking.
If you are unsure who will be staying with you please put “tbc” or “unknown” in place of the name, passport number etc.
All details can be changed free of charge up until a few weeks before your stay, just log back in to your booking and update, but please make sure they are correct before arriving to site as this will speed up the check-in process massively for you.
All prices are per person per night, and all properties are sold on a full-capacity basis. This means if you book a 5-person apartment you will need to pay for all 5 beds, even if only 3 of you are staying there.
We will be adding new properties on a regular basis so if nothing takes your fancy on first glance check back in a bit to see what’s new.
You can add additional nights, provided they are available, to your booking by e-mailing us on accommodation@outlookfestival.com
You can may be able to add additional nights when you arrive on-site, however these are not guaranteed as the property might be booked by another party – just ask the staff member checking you in if you need to stay a little longer than previously planned.
If you are also attending Dimensions Festival just book via one site, there’s no need to switch accommodation between the two festivals.
Sunshine Bus customers need to book from Wednesday 28 August up to Tuesday 4 September (6 nights).
