Daniel ‘Fish’ Fisher has invested a great deal of time and effort into his passion for music. Famous for his expressive, energy-filled sets in which he becomes fully enveloped within the music, spanning across a range of genres whilst utilising his notably technical ability. This elite level of professionalism has resultantly led Daniel to a multitude of well-deserved bookings, alongside instilling within others a just appreciation of his talent and passion.

Daniel is the founder of the well established and highly reputed radio station RoodFM. Starting in the late of 2010, RoodFM has rapidly evolved into a worldwide family, consisting of those who share a mutual love for underground music. Now featuring a range of established artists on rotation, with a plethora of support from key figures within the industry, Daniel’s vision has rapidly developed into a reality. Pushing both well-known artists as well as new/unsigned acts, one thing remains constant in RoodFM’s entourage, and that is the standard being set. With so many radio stations demanding our time and attention nowadays, it’s remarkable to seethe progress RoodFM has made in little over a year and a half as it has emerged as one of the premium sources for quality bass music content. Rood’s success can be largely attributed to the industriousness of its Head Producer and Founder, Fish, who has meticulously overseen sound production and enlisted the talents of some of the scenes brightest stars, with names like Dub Phizix, Synkro, Von D, Dark Sky, Tunnidge, Silkie, Funtcase, Beezy, Lost, Biome, Chef, Chunky, Benton, Badklaat, Jenna G, Thelem, Killawatt, Chimpo, Perverse, District, Taiki & NUlight, Compa, TMSV, Requake, LAXX, Widowmaker and many more having graced the RoodFM decks.

As well as holding down his own popular segment on Rood rotating every Monday with Lost & Beezy, Fish’s precision mixing abilities can be seen all around the country, and featuring at numerous club nights in and around London. Fish’s shows encompass a spectacular range of styles with a focus on deep and bass heavy 140bpm music, immersing listeners whilst showcasing a formidable selection of dubplates and exclusives.

This summer, in between managing the airwaves and playing in places as far afield as Sweden, Fish will be taking his bag of beats and charismatic DJing style to Outlook, where he will be laying down some of his unique Rood flavours at the now legendary sun drenched Croatian festival.
