With Macka B’s prescence at Outlook this year we will play host to one of Britain’s most influencial dancehall toasters.
His rough, gritty vocals give him an instantly identifiable sound and coupled with a CV about as packed with musical experience as is possible, this man will literally ignite the stage when he steps up over the weekend. When learning his trade Macka B drew inspiration from reggae’s original pioneers in U-Roy, Big Youth and Prince Far-I playing a big part in the formation of the live show he performs today.
With a moral to his show, championing the Ras Tafari movement as well as ‘spreading consciousness, humility and breaking down the barriers’ we are in for a treat out there this year.
