Festival tickets are priced at £135 + bf and can be purchased from Leedstickets.com

Combined Outlook and Dimensions Festival tickets are priced at £230 + bf, also available from Leedstickets.com

All paper tickets and e-tickets must be presented at Outlook Festival with photo identification matching the name(s) supplied with the order. If your ID does not match any name(s) given with your order, you will be refused entry.

Ex-Yugoslavian tickets are priced at 750kn and can be purchased from Ticketpro

These tickets are only valid with an Ex-Yugoslavian passport or I.D card; entry will be refused if supporting documents are not provided.

Tickets are limited to 8 per order. If you are buying more than one ticket, you will need to provide the name and email address for the other person(s) you are buying for. Your order will not complete without providing this information; please make sure you have the full and correct personal details for every ticket bought as your entry to the festival relies on this information.

Please be advised that any name changes to paper tickets or e-tickets will incur an admin charge of £10. The final date for accepting name changes will be 17th August 2012. All name changes must be requested through info@leedstickets.com; the purchaser must contact us using the email address given at the time of ordering and upon provision of extra details and payment we will make the change.

Paper tickets will be sent June 2012 at the earliest, Leedstickets.com will contact all customers prior to dispatch to ensure shipping address details are up to date. If you need to update shipping address details this service is free and will not incur an admin charge. Once dispatched, you will receive an email from Leedstickets.com advising that your order will be delivered in the next 7 days, which will contain your Royal Mail tracking number so that you can check your order’s progress. All orders are sent Special Delivery; there will need to be someone present at your address to sign for your order.

In order to make sure you receive confirmation emails, e-tickets and updates relating to your order, please add @leedstickets.com to your safe senders list. Hotmail and AOL email accounts will often send @leedstickets.com emails to junk mail if not added to safe senders.

Since its inception, in the bay of Petrcane, an inspiring addition to the normal festival experience has been the infamous Boat Parties at Outlook Festival. Set sail on the party boat with DJs, MCs, a fully stocked bar and a belting soundsystem.

Boat party tickets will be on sale later on in the year (June).
