Festival Tickets
There are two types of tickets available for Outlook 2013; “Flexi” tickets and “Standard” tickets.
There is no price difference between the two types, but the booking process and T&C’s are slightly different. Please read the info below thoroughly before purchasing your ticket.
Flexi Tickets
When purchasing a Flexi Ticket you will need to supply a full name for each ticket purchased, matching photo I.D. will be required on entry to the Festival, and without it you will not receive your wristband. Despite the extra info required these tickets offer a number of benefits.
- Ticket holders are able to arrive at separate times, and do not need to provide proof of purchase (perfect if you plan to use a friends or relatives card – although please check with them first!).
- If you lose your ticket, or forget to bring it with you, we will still be able to check you in – and no-one else will be able to use your ticket in your place.
- If your plans change you are able to re-sell or give your ticket to another person. Just arrange the name change with either info@leedstickets (LeedsTickets) or namechanges@outlookfestival.com (Eventbrite) – this service operates from 6 June to 16 August for a nominal £10/€12 admin fee, far cheaper than having to buy a new ticket.
You should buy this type of ticket if you are purchasing just for yourself, for someone as a gift, or if you know the names of who’s coming with you (even if this may change at a later date).
If your home currency is not listed please choose any option, your bank will do the conversion for you at the current market rate.
Standard Tickets
If you would prefer to not give full names for secondary ticket holders at point-of purchase you can buy a Standard Ticket instead.
- These tickets are non-transferable (i.e. you cannot sell them)
- The lead booker must be present when all ticket holders pick up their wristbands (i.e. you must arrive together)
- Proof of purchase must be supplied (i.e. a bank card).
All festival attendee’s will be I.D’d for proof of age, regardless of which type of ticket is purchased.
You can also choose to pay just £65 today as a deposit, with the final payment (£70) due by 21st April 13. These are still classed as standard tickets.
We would only suggest purchasing this ticket if you are sure that all ticket holders will be arriving together. These tickets will be classed void if the original purchaser is not present with their bank card.
If your home currency is not listed please choose any option, your bank will do the conversion for you at the current market rate.
Physical tickets are also on sale across the UK via We Represent reps. These tickets are Flexi Tickets; name changes can be arranged via namechanges@outlookfestival.com.
